About Collaborative Aid Feidhmchlár Móibíleach

Is feidhmchlár móibíleach é Collaborative Aid atá deartha chun am freagartha in éigeandálaí leighis a laghdú. Ceanglaíonn an feidhmchlár duine atá i ngátar le cúntóirí cáilithe in aice láimhe seachas a bheith ag brath ar ospidéil i bhfad i gcéin amháin. Is féidir le húsáideoirí a bhfuil oiliúint gharchabhrach acu dul isteach sa phlean aingil agus iarratais agus treoracha chuig an suíomh a fháil. Is féidir le húsáideoirí nach bhfuil oiliúint dá leithéid acu ceachtanna saor in aisce a ghlacadh laistigh den fheidhmchlár. Cuireann cnaipe aláraim ar an leathanach baile tús le hiarratas garchabhrach agus le glao éigeandála. Cabhraíonn treoir ar an scáileán agus físeán le finnéithe gníomhú sula sroicheann cúntóirí oilte.

Production Technology
Collaborative Aid followed human centered design and service design methods. Also pages are considered under disciplines of human computer interactions. And, it is designed and prototyped by sketch, and realized by java and android.
Design Challenge
The hardest part is how to make users know the meaning of this novel app. This kind of app theme is very rare, users did not have a general concept of its function. Therefore transparent and simple flow is necessary, we did our best to simplify whole process of first aid request and angel plan participation.
Research
We adopted questionnaire and interview to investigate the requirement that users need while they want to learn and perform first aid rapidly. Also, we used A/B test to testify design detail such as the color and position of emergency button. Besides, we did some user experiments based on interface prototype to give a fluent user experience.
Inspiration
17.5 million people die of sudden cardiac death every year, accounting for 30% of total deaths. Most victims do not have effective treatment time, many lives can be saved if people nearby can perform first aid in time. Many doctors, nurses and medical students near to victim want to help but they don't know it happened. Accident witnesses know but lack first aid knowledge. This app is designed to help solve these information gaps.
Project Duration
The project started in May 2020 in Hangzhou and finished in September 2020 in Hangzhou
Operation Flow
Users with first aid knowledge can join app's angel plan at page after tapping avatar. When the user finds that someone needs first aid, he/she can click the alarm button on home page to initiate first aid request and make emergency call. Users of the angel plan will receive request and guidance to the spot. The accident witness will see first aid guidance and video on their page. After receiving first aid, witness can post it on forum.
