About The Mountain View Coimpléasc Cultúir Ilúsáide
Is coimpléasc cultúir ilúsáide é an Mountain View a cruthaíodh trí fhoirgneamh atá ann cheana i Shenzhen, an tSín, a athchóiriú. Clúdaíonn an coimpléasc 6,000 méadar cearnach agus tugann sé le chéile siopa, bialann, gailearaí ealaíne, amharclann agus spásanna oibre. Timpeallaíonn véaranda faoin aer an chúirt lárnach agus nascann sé na limistéir dhifriúla. Tacaíonn colúin chruinneogacha chruthánacha, arna leagan amach i maitrís, leis an véaranda. I measc na n-ábhar tá stroighin féin-leibhéalaithe, cruach aimsearrachtha, bambú laminéadaithe, gloine ultrasoiléir agus brící gloine. Cuireann an foirgneamh spás ciúin ar fáil d'imeachtaí cultúrtha agus do theagmháil shóisialta leis an dúlra agus leis an ealaín.

- Production Technology
- Around the central courtyard is an open-air veranda, which not only links different areas but also blends the space into nature. The veranda is supported by rectangular steel pillars, which are arranged in a matrix, endowing the space with a sense of lightness and order. The restaurant floor is covered by various materials including greenery, pebbles, corrosion-resistant wooden panels and cement, to demarcate different functional spaces.
- Design Challenge
- The design team had to optimize spatial layout to incorporate multiple operations. Besides, many indicators of the old building could no longer meet current standards in China, which posed a huge challenge. To solve this, the design team worked out many corresponding solutions, and kept a close eye on on-site construction, hence obtaining a safe, beautiful building which meets existing standards.
- Research
- Since completion, a lot of drama festivals, lectures, art exhibitions and events have been held in the building, which has attracted a large number of local citizens. The project is situated in a cultural and creative park where plenty of design studios have settled in. As an artistic and cultural complex, The Mountain View complements the park, and provides urbanites with a "slow space", which enables them to socialize and interact with nature and art.
