About House in Niigata Foirgneamh Cónaithe

Is teach príobháideach é Teach in Niigata atá deartha do theaghlach de cheathrar i limistéar cónaithe sean-tógtha go dlúth. Tá na ballaí seachtracha déanta as ábhar adhmaid atá daite go héadrom i liath, ionas go dtagann an foirgneamh i gcomhchuibheas leis na sráideanna máguaird. Tá an plean eagraithe timpeall ar dhá ghairdín. Tá clós faoi iamh ag balla coincréite suite ar an urlár talún, agus tá teiripe dín faoi iamh ag laitís adhmaid suite ar an dara hurlár. Tá gach seomra ag féachaint amach ar an dá ghairdín seo, mar sin níl gá le scáthú ar nós cuirtíní. Baineadh úsáid as tógáil traidisiúnta adhmaid.

The planned site is located in an old residential area where many houses are densely lined up.
It is a private house where a family of four lives.
For the outer wall, the wooden outer wall material was lightly colored in gray to harmonize with the cityscape.
The color that seems to have changed over time fits into the old townscape.
The composition of the house made two gardens.
The garden creates a private space.

Design Challenge
Many of the old residential areas are densely populated.
The impact of architecture on the cityscape is great.
I created a good cityscape and thought of a house where you can feel nature.
Research
We built a courtyard and a roof terrace, and thought about balancing the contradictions of openness and privacy.
We have verified how to take in light and wind many times.
Therefore, we have realized openness and a private space.
Inspiration
Many houses are lined up in old residential areas in urban areas.
The surrounding houses are all built at the same time.
The exterior is made of similar industrial material.
In an old residential area, I wanted to change the uniform cityscape while cooperating with the cityscape.
Even in a residential area in an urban area, I thought of a house that feels nature.
Project Duration
Construction started in 2017 in Niigata, Japan. Completed in 2018.
Operation Flow
On the first floor, we created a courtyard surrounded by a concrete wall.
On the second floor, we made a roof terrace and surrounded it with a wooden lattice and an outer wall.
All the rooms have been placed in these two gardens.
The garden creates a private space.
There is no need for blindfolds such as curtains.
The connection with the outside will be strengthened positively.
I thought that feeling nature in everyday life was an open house.
