About Binding Void ZH Ailtireachta

Léiriú ar na cliaint is ea an Villa. phearsantachtaí dílse nach bhfuil sainmhíniú aontaithe ar theach. Is duine sóisialta é an fear céile a cheiliúrann an saol go hoscailte ach is introvert sóisialta í an bhean a bhaineann taitneamh as a príobháideacht agus a spás féin. Ina theannta sin, aontaíonn an bheirt gur áit é teach le bheith sona agus suaimhneach ann, mar sin d'fhéach Paseo ar bhrí an tsonais. Ansin aistrigh go spásúil é chun na húinéirí tí a léiriú. carachtair. Ceadaíonn dearadh an Villa solas díreach tríd an bhfolús le linn an gheimhridh, agus soláthraíonn na cantilvers spásanna scáthaithe i rith an tsamhraidh.

Unique Properties: The Villa is an interpretation of the clients’ own personalities who do not have a unified definition of a house. The husband is a social individual who celebrates life openly whereas the wife is a social introvert who enjoys her privacy and own space. Besides that, both agree that a home is a place to be happy and relaxed in, therefore we looked into the meaning of happiness and translated is spatially to
reflect the home-owners’ characters.
Located in Mount Lebanon, the site in itself benefits from spectacular views overlooking the sea and the mountains. Design Challenge: The hardest part was transforming the ideas into spaces and forming one single villa holding contradictory personalities yet can be used by both.
Research: After meeting the clients and discussing their personalities and what they hate and like, We found that this project should be an interpretation of their own personalities that do not have common definition for a home, other than both being happy and relaxed in it. We searched for the meaning of happiness for both and transformed them in to spaces but the connection was still missing. We connected these two volumes with a void where light celebrates there relation that is strong and healthy.
Inspiration: This project was inspired by the couple's differences yet their harmony in life and big Love present in their relation.
The site that has a spectacular view and exceptional natural frames. As well as The plot has a steep topography, that was used to level the villa
