Maidir le Valiant Foirgneamh Cónaithe
Is foirgneamh cónaithe ceithre stór é Valiant atá suite i gceantar Altintas in Antalya. Faigheann an dearadh inspioráid ó fhoirmeacha sraitheacha na n-aillte in aice láimhe agus a línte comhrianta. Aistrítear gach leac urláir chun tosaigh nó siar idir 1.20 agus 2.70 méadar, rud a sholáthraíonn scáthú, príobháideachas agus léibheann glas príobháideach do gach aonad. Úsáideann an struchtúr fráma coincréite treisithe, le gloine ardfheidhmíochta agus painéil choincréite treisithe le snáithín gloine ar an aghaidh. Clúdaíonn an láithreán 1,154 méadar cearnach, agus tá achair urláir idir 275 agus 400 méadar cearnach.

- Teicneolaíocht Táirgthe
- The building features a reinforced concrete frame system with high-performance glass and GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) panels used on the facade. The structure is articulated by shifting each floor slab forward or backward by 1.20 to 2.70 meters in all cardinal directions. This allows optimal sunlight penetration, thermal control, and enhanced visual aesthetics.
- Dúshlán Deartha
- The primary design challenge was to ensure that each unit had access to a private, functional green terrace while maintaining the building’s structural integrity and visual harmony. Coordinating the floor shifts to align with engineering requirements, daylight optimization, and environmental control demanded a multidisciplinary design approach.
- Taighde
- The project was developed to create a new residential typology for emerging urban zones, focusing on spatial fluidity, human scale interaction, and climate responsiveness. Research centered on achieving a delicate balance between openness and privacy, maximizing daylight while preventing overheating, and integrating landscape elements into every living unit.
- Inspioráid
- The location is a region that stands out with its cliffs. Inspiration was taken from the layered and fluid forms of the cliffs in the contour maps. The readability of the natural topography along the sections is reflected in the facade movements and the dynamic arrangement of the horizontal plates. Each floor, just like the contour lines, protrudes at different levels, creating both an aesthetic rhythm and providing functional advantages such as shading and privacy.
- Fad an Tionscadail
- The project will start in Antalya in July 2025 and is planned to be completed in January 2026.
- Sreabhadh Oibríochta
- Each unit benefits from a private terrace, establishing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The open layout and terrace design allow for flexible use across different seasons, while the staggered placement of floors enhances both visual interaction and privacy. This typology encourages a seamless vertical and horizontal flow that elevates the user experience.
