About Gilsang 7days Trealamh Grúdaireachta Baile
Is trealamh grúdaireachta baile é Gilsang 7days le haghaidh makgeolli, deoch ríse traidisiúnta ón gCóiré. Cuireann an trealamh oideas as Sanga Yorok, téacs cócaireachta Cóiréach ón 15ú haois, in oiriúint do phróiseas simplí seacht lá. Soláthraítear leite réamhchócaráilte agus rís ghalbhruite i gcoimeádáin shéalaithe, mar aon le nuruk agus éadach síothlaithe, sa chaoi nach mbíonn mórán ullmhúcháin ag teastáil. Tacaíonn steiriliú ardteochta le sábháilteacht agus le seilfré fhada. Tá an pacáistíocht déanta as páipéar atá neamhdhíobhálach don chomhshaol le huigeacht seanlámhscríbhinní, agus nascann cód clóite le treoracha físe i roinnt teangacha.
