About Pipgro Feidhmchlár Bainistíochta Tascanna
Is feidhmchlár móibíleach é Pipgro atá deartha chun tacú le cur i gcrích tascanna do dhaoine fásta a bhfuil neamhord hipirghníomhaíochta an easnaimh airde (ADHD) orthu. Díríonn go leor uirlisí táirgiúlachta ar phleanáil, ach tugann Pipgro aghaidh ar an gcéim ina dtosaítear agus ina gcríochnaítear obair. Déantar smaointe labhartha nó scríofa a bhriseadh ina dtascanna beaga leis an intleacht shaorga, agus taispeántar céim amháin ag an am. Cuireann mód fócais teorainn le seachrán, agus déantar aiseolas mothúchánach a thaifeadadh chun pleananna amach anseo a choigeartú. Léirítear dul chun cinn trí mheafar fáis, agus is féidir luaíochtaí a bhailiú. Ligeann comhéadan uaireadóra chliste smaointe a ghabháil go tapa.

- Unique Properties
- Pipgro is an intelligent task execution companion designed for adults with ADHD. While most productivity tools focus on planning and listing tasks, Pipgro addresses the execution gap by breaking tasks into executable steps, narrowing focus to the present, and visualizing progress through growth metaphors. Emotion-aware planning, adaptive task redirection, and rewards reduce execution stress and support sustained follow-through.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Pipgro is a digital interaction design realized across mobile and smartwatch interfaces. It supports natural language input, AI-driven task decomposition, focus mode execution, emotional feedback logging, and visual progress tracking. The smartwatch interface enables quick thought capture, focus mode entry, and emotion logging, while both platforms are optimized for touch interaction, accessibility, and low cognitive load in daily use.

- Production Technology
- Pipgro is realized as a mobile digital product integrating AI-driven task decomposition, adaptive scheduling, and behavior-based feedback loops. Natural language input is parsed into structured tasks, while user interactions and emotional feedback inform dynamic task adjustment. The interface is prototyped and iterated through user testing, with focus modes, visual growth systems, and reward mechanics implemented to support sustained execution.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was designing a productivity system for ADHD users without increasing pressure or guilt. Traditional planning structures often worsen avoidance rather than support action. Balancing guidance with autonomy, and reducing cognitive load while maintaining progress, required careful behavioral research and repeated iteration. The design needed to support execution without control, encouraging momentum while respecting emotional resistance.
- Research
- This project is based on qualitative design research. The objective was to understand why adults with ADHD struggle with task execution rather than planning. Research methods included interviews, diary studies, and usability testing. Participants were adults diagnosed with ADHD. Findings revealed that mental overload, emotional resistance, and decision fatigue are key barriers. Insights led to an execution-focused system emphasizing task decomposition, focus support, and adaptive feedback, demonstrating how behavior-informed design can reduce friction in everyday productivity.
- Inspiration
- Pipgro was inspired by research and interviews revealing that adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) struggle not with planning, but with task initiation and follow-through. Observing how conventional plan-list apps often increase pressure, the design draws from behavioral psychology and cognitive load theory to reduce friction in action. The growth metaphor and emotion-aware adaptation were developed to support momentum rather than control.
- Project Duration
- The concept project was developed between June 2025 and December 2025, primarily conducted in Beijing and New Jersey.
- Operation Flow
- Users begin by freely expressing their thoughts through text or voice. Pipgro breaks these thoughts into small, clear tasks and presents one step at a time. If a task feels difficult, users can further split it into easier actions. While working on a task, if users feel stuck or want to stop, Pipgro recommends simpler tasks to preserve momentum. Afterwards, users review execution and emotion data, receive AI suggestions to improve future plans, and collect fruits to customize Pip, reinforcing motivation.
