Is éard atá in Fótaisintéis an Spáis ná dearadh inmheánach cónaithe do theach dhá leibhéal 180 méadar cearnach i gCathair Taipei Nua, an Téaváin. Faigheann an teach flúirse solais lae, agus bhí an plean athchóirithe bunaithe ar an gcoinníoll sin. Ligeann tonaí dubha, bána agus liatha, mar aon le dathanna adhmaid teoranta agus crómacht íseal, don solas agus don scáth feidhmiú mar na príomhghnéithe maisiúcháin. Tá seomra bia oscailte, cistin agus seomra suí sa urlár íochtair. I measc na n-ábhar tá marmar, iarann péinteáilte, gallchnó, téac, dair agus urlár adhmaid crua innealraithe. Tá trí sheomra phríobháideacha críochnaithe i ndath dubh éadrom, gallchnó dorcha agus liath dorcha.
