About Mindfulness Taobh Istigh Dearadh

Déantar na cnoic droimneacha a chlaochlú ina spás istigh, rud a ligeann do sholas agus foirm nádúrtha a bheith le feiceáil taobh istigh, agus ansin suaimhneas, comhchuibheas agus eilimintí oirthearacha a chur i bhfeidhm ar an taobh istigh. Cuirtear an mothúchán nádúrtha agus simplí in iúl go cuí don spás istigh, agus úsáidtear tréithe na n-ábhar istigh go sciliúil. Ionchorpraítear ábhair mar adhmad, cloch agus iarann ann. Tugann sé cruth agus áilleacht dó, ag baint leasa as tréithe Oirthearacha Nua-Aimseartha.
