About Belas Residence Teach Cónaithe

Spreagadh an coincheap don tionscadal seo ó stíl mhaireachtála na gcliant. Comhcheanglaíonn sé na hábhair amha is fearr, amhail marmar, cloch nádúrtha, adhmad, agus tuilleadh, le cur chuige nuálach chun aeistéitic shainiúil a bhaint amach gan cur isteach ar fheidhmiúlacht. Ba é an príomhsprioc ná glacadh le fairsinge an limistéir agus an solas nádúrtha a uasmhéadú chun sreabhadh réidh a chruthú idir spásanna sóisialta agus príobháideacha. Sainmhínítear na limistéir shóisialta agus phríobháideacha le críochnaithí urláir chodarsnach—marmar agus adhmad—agus trí phéint bhán a úsáid ar na ballaí agus na síleáil chun an mothú seo a fheabhsú.
