About Hong Hai Ju Plaza and SCPG Incity Togálach Ilúsáide
Is coimpléasc uirbeach ilúsáide é Hong Hai Ju Plaza agus SCPG Incity atá suite i lár chathair Ji'nan sa tSín. Cuireann an fhorbairt lárionad siopadóireachta, ceantar stíl mhaireachtála amuigh faoin aer, oifigí, óstán agus árasáin le chéile ar shuíomh de 59,100 méadar cearnach. Osclaítear an coirnéal thoir thuaidh mar phlása cultúrtha, os comhair Ardeaglais Hongjialou, sainchomhartha stairiúil de chuid na cathrach. I lár an phlása seasann Teach na Deirfiúracha athchóirithe, atá céad bliain d'aois agus a chomharthaíonn an pointe iontrála. Nascann an ceantar amuigh faoin aer leis an ionad siopadóireachta laistigh ar roinnt leibhéal.

- Unique Properties
- Creating energetic urban public space with pedestrian friendly scale while respecting the existing urban context is the core design principle for this large scale urban complex. We opened up the northeast corner of the site, right cross street from Hongjialou Cathedral which is a historical landmark of the city, and dedicated it as a cultural plaza. At the center of this plaza is the renovated 100-year-old Sister House. This unique experience marks the entry point. The outdoor shopping precinct offers services and opportunities in culture, leisure and entertainment, it is an attractive new hub and the new landmark in Ji’nan that attracts a wide range of customers and visitors. The outdoor district shares connections with indoor mall on multiple levels, which encourages a more diversified shopping experience.

- Located in the city center of Ji Nan, the project site is surrounded by historical buildings and crowded business district. - Project Duration
- The project started in April 2013 in Jinan and finished in June 2019 in Ji'nan City,China
- Operation Flow
