About Tianliao Stèisean Smàlaidh Teine
Tha Tianliao na stèisean smàlaidh teine ann an Sgìre Guangming, Shenzhen, Sìona. Tha an togalach a' leantainn cruth meadhanaichte agus a' cothlamadh togalach oifis trì-làr le tùr trèanaidh seachd-làr. Is e an raon làir iomlan 5,039.5 meatair ceàrnagach, agus tha 3,985 meatair ceàrnagach dhiubh os cionn na talamh, agus is e 0.97 a' cho-mheas raon làir. Tha ìre an làir a-staigh air a thogail os cionn an rathaid mhunicipail gus casg a chur air uisge-uisge a dhol a-steach. Tha raointean fosgailte air an cur air na làrean as ìsle, agus mar sin chan eil trèanadh làitheil air a bhacadh. Tha gàrraidhean air an cur ann an grunn àiteachan air an làrach.

- Unique Properties
- It's a new fire station with a centralized layout. The vertical design makes the station almost as tall as the Huanguang Road. The internal elevation of the station is higher than that of the municipal road, preventing rainwater from flowing into the inside. The layout meets the requirements of setback, sunshine and fire prevention, etc. The pedestrian entrance and exit are at the southwest side. The open areas are mainly at 1F and the mezzanine, making no influence on firemen's daily training.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Its gross floor area is 5,039.5 sqm with 3,985 sqm above the ground. It has a 3-story office building and a 7-story training tower. The floor area ratio is 0.97. The exterior windows adopt LOW-E energy-efficient glass and thermal mortar. The roofing is paved with 50mm extruded polystyrene boards for thermal insulation. The septic tank and oil separator tank adopt integrated equipment like glass steel. The energy-saving water heating system uses solar power and air force heat pump.

- Production Technology
- 1. The exterior windows adopt LOW-E energy-efficient glass and thermal mortar. The roofing is paved with 50mm extruded polystyrene boards for thermal insulation.
2. The project mainly uses reinforced concrete frame structure and the base adopts independent column-shaped and bar-shaped waterproof slabs. The roof uses cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slab system with main and secondary beams. Secondary beams are set properly to reduce the plane size of slab avoiding too much material waste. - Design Challenge
- Building setback: Due to the limited land, it was possible to set back building in accordance with the official requirements. After several times of negotiation with the planning bureau, the design team reached a reasonable bargain: the plot is set back 2.3m on the east, 6.05m on the south, 2.3m on the west and 1.8m on the north. In this way, the fire station and sports fields were reasonably arranged within the limited land.
- Research
- The design must follow the research results of "the 2014 Shenzhen Fire Station Standardization Design Workshop". It shall establish the construction standards of Shenzhen fire stations. The experience of it can also provide reference for domestic fire stations. The design should satisfy basic needs, consider the possibility of the profession development, and embody the considerations of openness and cultural promotion of fire control. It has won a second prize awarded by SUIADR in 2020.
- Inspiration
- Located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, the project occupies the land of 4,099.16 m2, with the planned Huanguang Road on the west, the planned Nantian Road on the north, Nangen Road on the south and Mobi Antenna Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on the east. As a first-class fire house, its gross floor area is 5,039.5 m2 with 3,985 m2 above the ground and 1,054.5 m2 underground. It consists of a three-story office building and a seven-story training tower.
- Project Duration
- Starting time: November 10, 2016
Completion time : July 20, 2020
Location: Guangming District, Shenzhen - Operation Flow
- The parking garage for fire trucks faces the street. The visiting entrance and exit is at the southwest side of the plot. The open areas are at 1F and 2F, the foyer and canteen at 1F. Firemen's preparation rooms are on 2F with a bathroom and a shower room on the west. 3F houses offices and auxiliary rooms and the basement has an emergency storeroom and equipment room.
