A bharrachd air an sin, tha an aghaidh, gu sònraichte an louver fiodha, air a dhealbhadh ann an co-chòrdadh ri làrach sònraichte KIBA a bha uaireigin ainmeil airson cùmhnantan fiodha. Dhèanadh KIBA Tokyo Residence luachan ùra agus dòighean-beatha ùra bhon taobh a-staigh (àiteachan a-staigh), agus a sheallas an cruth-tìre agus an dualchas caillte bhon taobh a-muigh (àiteachan a-muigh).
