About Cross Taigh-Còmhnaidh
Taigh-còmhnaidh prìobhaideach air a thogail air làrach mu choinneimh dà rathad ann an àite còmhnaidh sàmhach. Tha cruth òrdail air an taobh a-muigh, a chithear bhon taobh a-muigh, a’ dèanamh cinnteach gu bheil faireachdainn meadhanach fosgailte agus aig an aon àm a’ dìon prìobhaideachd an luchd-còmhnaidh. Tha an taobh a-staigh meadhanach fosgailte agus tha farsaingeachd lèirsinneach ann. A bharrachd air an sin, a rèir cumadh na làraich, tha an dà phlèana a 'dol tarsainn aig ceàrnan eadar-dhealaichte sa mheadhan, agus tha an t-àite a chaidh a chruthachadh an seo a' ceangal nan seòmraichean gu socair. Tha àite bàn ùr air a chruthachadh le bhith a 'roinn an itealain gu h-iomchaidh, agus is e am plana conaltradh eadar luchd-còmhnaidh a dhoimhneachadh.

- Unique Properties
- Planned on a site in a residential area facing two roads. Two planes intersect at different angles to match the shape of the diagonal land. This place becomes an intersection in the room and a new margin. This place will be a place to deepen the communication of the residents, and it is planned to be used for multiple purposes.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Site area: 270.63 Size: 378.61 Structure: Timber Floor: 3 For the purpose of realizing a low-carbon society, it is safely planned with a wooden structure that has secured strength by structural analysis. In Japanese wooden structures, it is often difficult to provide a large opening because the wall is proof stress, but it is possible to design a large space and a large opening by performing precise structural analysis even in a wooden structure. ..

- Production Technology
- Considering the heat insulation performance and durability performance of the building, the wooden structure mainly adopted in Japan was adopted. In that case, the complex and bold spatial composition makes the building strength uneasy. We conducted structural analysis and constructed it firmly and safely using large-section laminated wood and metal joints. In Japan, which is an earthquake-prone country, the structure is so important that the utmost consideration is being given.
- Design Challenge
- Even if you are planning a densely populated area, it is about securing renewable energy and improving the openness and performance of your home. Moreover, it is important to ensure the privacy of the residents. We will meet the low-carbon demand required for wooden structures and create designs with even higher openness. Furthermore, in Japan, it is a big challenge to create an excellent design while ensuring the strength to withstand the frequent large earthquakes.
- Research
- In a large connected space with varying angles and heights, the volume of the room is large and energy consumption loss is considered. We will collect data by improving the outer skin performance and heat insulation performance, utilizing sunlight and high-performance air conditioners, and regularly measuring the temperature to see if it can be solved as a zero energy house. In addition, we regularly visit third parties to explore their experiences.
- Inspiration
- At the planned site, the field of view spreads in each direction. The idea is to feel the size of the room while staying indoors, and to incorporate the scenery that can be seen beyond the room into the room, and live with a rich sense of feeling. Two planes that match the shape of the site overlap in the center, and the blank space between them serves as an architectural device that gently connects the residents.
- Project Duration
- The project was completed in Osaka, Japan in 2022
- Operation Flow
- The main life is done in the living space of the second floor which floats in the air. In addition, the surrounding daily life is done on the ground surface, and the shape of the trees and houses that are arranged in a planned manner effectively induces the gaze of passersby. Three-dimensional interior space expands eyes in many directions, ensures privacy and creates rich everyday life.
