About Spiritual Spa Ailtireacht Spá

Is foirgneamh spá é an Spá Spioradálta atá deartha do láithreán aon acra i Sedona, Stáit Aontaithe Mheiriceá. Leanann an ailtireacht cruth an tírdhreacha agus lorgaíonn sí cothromaíocht leis an timpeallacht máguaird. Úsáidtear ábhair a fhaightear go háitiúil agus atá neamhdhíobhálach don chomhshaol, lena n-áirítear adhmad agus gloine athchúrsáilte, chun inbhuanaitheacht a chur chun cinn. Suitear cealla gréine chun an solas gréine is fearr a ghabháil agus fuinneamh a ghiniúint. Tá na spásanna leagtha amach do mhachnamh, do yoga agus do scíth a ligean. Is é an aidhm ná tearmann suaimhneach a thairiscint do chuairteoirí ón saol laethúil gnóthach agus timpeallacht a chruthú do scíth agus do chothromaíocht phearsanta.
