About Orange Link Àirneis Chloinne
'S e sreath àirneis a th' ann an Orange Link a chaidh a dhealbhadh airson clann. Tha an t-sreath a' cothlamadh fiodh cruaidh uinnseann le uilt phlastaig innleadaireachd orains. Tha na pàirtean fiodha air an gearradh le CNC agus air an crìochnachadh le ola-chèire, agus tha na h-uilt orains air an dèanamh le moltadh in-stealladh. Bidh na h-uilt phlastaig chruinne a' pasgadh nan ceanglaichean fiodha, a' toirt air falbh oirean geura agus a' stiùireadh suathadh. Bidh na h-uilt eadar-ghlaiste cuideachd a' sìmpleachadh a' cho-chruinneachaidh agus a' cumail taic ri cinneasachadh èifeachdach. Tha na tomhasan a' leantainn ruigsinneachd agus sealladh cloinne, a' cuideachadh le leughadh, obair-làimhe agus rianachadh. Tha an eadar-dhealachadh dath a' ceangal blàths nàdarra ri mionaideachd ghnìomhachasail.

- Production Technology
- Crafted from ash wood and engineering plastics. Wood is CNC-cut and wax-oiled. Orange nodes use injection molding for strength and smoothness. Plastic interlocking joints simplify assembly and ensure high production efficiency.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge lies in achieving a seamless interlocking of natural wood and modern plastics. It requires balancing structural stability with rounded safety protection. The design uses the Orange-Link system to unify industrial standardization with natural warmth, ensuring functionality and safety while creating a high-impact visual aesthetic.
- Research
- This design explores the cross-application of solid wood and engineering plastics in children's furniture. Focusing on the Orange-Link system, it unifies structural connection with rounded protection. By using color contrast and tactile guidance, it breaks traditional wood constraints to create a logical, vibrant, and interactive growth environment for children.
- Inspiration
- The forms are inspired by the act of fastening buttons. Orange plastic parts serve as Orange-Links, locking wooden structures together like vibrant buttons. This core semantic defines the Orange-Link series, using simplified visual language to express logical material connections. Structurally, it merges wood stability with plastic flexibility, creating a modern aesthetic that balances structural strength with a playful, childlike spirit.
- Project Duration
- The design had started in Shenyang in January 2025, completed in Shenyang in June 2025, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2025.
- Operation Flow
- Ideal for children learning and playing. Rounded Orange-Link joints guide natural touch and interaction, providing skin-friendly, safe support for reading, crafting, or organizing.
