'S e taigh-còmhnaidh prìobhaideach a th' ann an Taigh LW27, air a thogail air làrach caran beag ann an sgìre taigheadais. Tha an tomad geal a' dèanamh iomsgaradh ri eileamaidean garbh de chlach nàdarra. Tha ballachan geala plàstairte, làran daraich agus clach nàdarra airson làran, sheòmraichean-ionnlaid, shimileirean agus bhallachan a' cumadh an taobh a-staigh. Air an ìre-làir tha plana fosgailte a' sruthadh gu saor bhon ear chun an iar ri taobh an amair-shnàimh. Tha uinneagan sleamhnachaidh bho làr gu mullach a' ceangal an taobh a-staigh agus an taobh a-muigh fad na bliadhna. Air an làr àrd tha seòmraichean-cadail le seòmraichean-ionnlaid en-suite. Unique Properties: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls.

Production Technology: Concrete structure, metall cladding, white plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms chimneys and walls.
Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
