Investigación: The characteristics of peristaltic pump are not in contact with liquid, sanitary and safe, and the transmission medium uses silica gel hose, which can be transmitted warm and will not destroy the composition of the liquid, so there are peristaltic pumps in many industries. In the lab we test the life of the hose by constantly squeezing it, so as to know how often the hose is replaced. Through the interview with the user to know the problems in the pump head loading and unloading, so as to make a new design.
Inspiración: According to the user's feedback, whether it is simple sub assembly or quantitative transmission, replacing the hose and dismantling the pumphead are the most frequent steps. If it is a newcomer, he must rely on the manual.
The design is inspired by the piston pump. Its structure is made up of levers to move the piston up and down. The structure is very simple, and the way the pump head opens is the same.And his color scheme helps beginners understand how he works.
