About Yoga House Vivenda Sostible
A Casa Yoga é unha vivenda sostible deseñada como un refuxio terrestre solar pasivo. O edificio abrangue 224 metros cadrados e está construído con materiais naturais e reciclados. A construción de masa térmica e a ventilación natural regulan a temperatura interior. Os paneis solares e as turbinas eólicas fornecen electricidade, mentres que a auga da choiva se recolle e almacena para uso a longo prazo. Un xardín orgánico permite cultivar alimentos no propio lugar. A distribución, maioritariamente dunha soa planta, oriéntase libremente no terreo para preservar todas as árbores existentes e abrir vistas favorables.

- Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
