- The spatial planning is rather straight forward for this project, for materials we have used marble, velvet textures, and metal elements.
- The biggest challenge of the project was the construction part, we have had problems sourcing some of the desired materials, and at last we had to modify the design to suit the actual situation.
- Researching on luxurious style used in interior design, we do not want to conform to the traditional styles which a lot of details were used, as we would like to create a luxurious yet clean look. Therefore we have simplified a lot of the complex details, and successfully created a house with an elegance and modern vibe.

The 2nd floor is completely occupied by the parents with the study, their own ensuite bedrooms and bathroom. The rooftop terrace is a great place for relaxation with the jacuzzi.
