ટેક્નોલોજી સિટી એ 2000 ચોરસ મીટરમાં ફેલાયેલા રિયલ એસ્ટેટ સેલ્સ સેન્ટરની ઇન્ટિરિયર ડિઝાઇન છે. લેઆઉટ આર્કિટેક્ચર અને ઇન્ટિરિયરને એક સમગ્ર માળખામાં જોડે છે. ટેક્સચરવાળો ગ્રે રંગ જગ્યાનો પાયાનો ટોન નક્કી કરે છે અને તેને કાળા રંગ સાથે મેચ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. પ્રકાશ અને પડછાયાની રેખાઓ આધુનિક ટેક્નોલોજિકલ લાક્ષણિકતાનું નિરૂપણ કરે છે. ઘેરા રંગની લાકડાની દીવાલ સાદા સ્વરૂપમાં ભૌમિતિક રચના ધરાવે છે. સેન્ડ ટેબલ રિસેપ્શન વિસ્તાર અને સેમ્પલ રૂમ વચ્ચે, પારદર્શક લટકતી ખુરશીઓ અને ફરતી ખુરશીઓ થોડા સમયનો આરામ પ્રદાન કરે છે. છત માટે સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ મિરર મટિરિયલનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
