About Air Of Elegance Zayyanawar Cikin Gida na Zama

Air Of Elegance shine zayyanawar cikin gida na zama wanda ya mamaye kimanin murabba'in mita 122. Gidan ya haɗa da falo na shiga, ɗakin karatu mai buɗe, ɗakin cin abinci da girki mai buɗe, ɗakuna uku na kwana da wanki biyu. An sanya abubuwa masu kama da otal-otal masu inganci a kowace sashe. A ƙofar shiga, an ƙirƙiri hanya ta daban ta hanyar amfani da kabad mai fuska biyu da gilashi mai launin ruwan zinariya. Kabad na talabijin wanda aka tsara kaman wutar murhu shine babban abin da ke jan hankali a zaunannen ɗaki. Manyan tagogi suna kawo hasken rana zuwa cikin girki. Kayan daki masu iya motsi suna raba sararin buɗe zuwa sassa masu natsuwa.

Unique Properties: The client raises a pair of lively twins. Busyness and intense in daily life is such that they particularly miss the time of traveling and being on vacations when they can enjoy peace and quiet. The design team arranged the layout complying with the features of the base, and placed elements similar to boutique hotels into each area, creating an interior environment where the children can grow up safe and sound while the couple could get to enjoy an elegant life.
Dimensions & Packaging: It is about 122 square meters inside the building. It includes a foyer, an open-spaced study, an open-spaced dining room and kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Production Technology: Marble, Silestone, Imported tile, herringbone parquet floor, Europe-imported system furniture board, leather, Tawny glass, Iron, Steel-brushed wood veneer, Piano lacquer
Design Challenge: The client made a demand on spacious master bedroom and open-spaced study in living room; however, large panel of windows coming along with the base kept us from placing the partition walls freely. In that case, the design team needed to precisely plan on the proper proportion of each functional space, and to use special shaped cabinets to make the most of the space while stay spacious enough.
Research: At the entrance, a separated hallway is formed by doubled sided cabinet and tawny glasses. To the left of it is public spaces, such as a living room, a study and a kitchen, the design team make the TV cabinet, which is shaped as a fireplace, the main focus, since there is a large window in the kitchen area, it is built as a sunlight kitchen. To the right of the hallway lie several private regions, on that path, artistic atmosphere is cultivated by built in cabinet with irregular cutting lines and painting hanging track.
Inspiration: Snuggling up beside the fireplace with coffee and books in hand, sitting around the kitchen island with a few friends, bathing in the sun, revealing its own beauty and uniqueness when a glimmer of light beaming from the wall lamp... Those are lives that the client expected, which also became the theme of the entire design.
Project Duration: The project finished in August, 2018 in Zhubei city in Hsinchu county, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: In order to keep the feature that the base gets enough natural light from several windows while allowing the couple to take the toddlers in hand, the design team apply fully-open technique in public spaces. With different facades and movable furniture moving around and settling down among all the areas in various combinations, we can build up invisible borders and divide the open space into different regions.
