About The Jinmao Yueshan Cibiyar Sayarwa

Jinmao Yueshan wata cibiyar sayar da gidaje ce da take a Wuxi, China, mai fadin kasa gaba daya na murabba'in mita 1300. Cikin ginin yana bin salon Sinawa na zamani wanda ya kunshi al'adun gargajiya na yankin. Tsarin gine-ginen ya ajiye sararin sayarwa a gaba, sannan sararin aiki a baya. Zanen ya samo asali daga kyawun tsaunuka da koguna na kusa, addinin Zen, al'adar shan ruwan shayi, da fasahar rubutun hannu. Marmara, itace mai launin toka, kayan aikin tagulla da baƙin ƙarfe marar tsatsa, fatar akuya mai launin beige, takardar bango da an zana da hannu, da gilashin da ake sarrafa da waya, su ne manyan kayayyakin da aka yi amfani da su. An zaɓi waɗannan kayayyaki don su dace da ƴan kudin da ake da su.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Unique Properties: This property sales office features new Chinese style with local cultural elements.
It is composed by sales space in the front area and the working space in the back area.
Dimensions & Packaging: The total area is 1300 square meters.

Production Technology: The main materials include marble, gray wood finishes, delicate bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper, wire glass, etc. The original plan designed a landscape painting stone. Due to the high cost, a landscape painting in silk-screened glass replaced the stone. And it also achieved good results.
Design Challenge: The main challenges are the adjustment in construction and short design period. It is a great challenge for the designers to work out a high quality construction drawings in a limited period of time. Due to the budget, the selection of material is also a challenge. To fulfill the task, the design team has divided the work reasonably and kept working on several weekends. Finally, the project has applied for high quality materials in a limited time and budget.
Research: After communication with the client, the design team worked out and adjusted the layout to meet the needs of client. The finalized plan is the co-working of the both sides. After completion, the overall effect of project has surpassed the original design expectations; and the feedback from the owner was also very good; it was also regarded as a typical project in the area for related personnel to visit and learn.
Inspiration: The inspiration comes from three aspects: the local mountain and river landscape, the Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2017 and completed in April 2018. It is located in Wuxi, China.
Operation Flow: After investigating the project site, the design team took advantage of the scenic spot "Doosan" and integrated the surrounding natural landscape into the project. The mountain, water and tea are the main design elements in the sales office, fully showing the local culture.
