About Coastline Tebur

Coastline tebur ne wanda aka yi wahayi daga hauhawar matakan teku sanadiyyar dumamar yanayi. An yi saman teburin da acrylic, wanda kuma aka sani da PMMA, kuma an tsara shi ta hanyar dumama a yanayin zafi mai tsanani domin ya bayyana ruwan teku mai tsafta. An yi tsarin da ke goyan bayan teburin da itacen michelia compressa da pine, kuma itacen yana wakiltar tsawon duwatsu. An zaɓi itace mai tauri domin tsarin kada ya canza siffa yayin dumamawa. Gefen da ba shi da daidaici yana tunatar da kan iyakar teku wadda ruwan teku ya lalata, kuma haɗin kayan yana ba haske damar wucewa a matakai-matakai. Teburin yana da faɗin milimita 350, zurfin milimita 650, da tsayin milimita 500.

Unique Properties: The clearness of the sea is represented by liquid acrylic, and the height of the mountain is mainly wood, creating a combination of different materials that echoes the light of the layers.

Production Technology: The table top is mainly made of PMMA, and the table is mainly made of michelia compressa and Pine.
Design Challenge: Liquid acrylic material is selected as the table top. Liquid acrylic shaping requires high-temperature heating. Therefore, hard wood is selected so that it will not deform during heating.
Considering the above, in the end, the desktop wood is chosen to use the hard texture Michelia compressa wood.
Liquid acrylic color grading is also one of the big challenges. It takes a lot of time for each test to get the best color and transmittance.
Inspiration: Taking the rising sea level caused by global warming as the starting point, the coastline was eroded by the seawater and showed an uneven appearance, making the table more layered.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2017 in Taiwan. And finished in June 2017 in Taiwan. And was exhibited in Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in June 2017. For the second time in Taipei Pavilion of fashion in November 2019.
Operation Flow: This is a table with good light transmission and beauty.
