About Drawing Inspiration from Daily Lifestyle Ƙirar Cikin Gida ta Zama

Zayyana Wahayi daga Salon Rayuwa ta Yau da Kullum wata ƙirar cikin gida ce ta zama da ke a Shantou, China. Gidan yana da fadin murabba'in mita 240. An canza tsarin farko na zaure biyu da daki biyar zuwa tsari na zaure hudu da daki hudu. Zauren baƙi yana haɗa zauren iyali da mashaya ruwa, kuma yana haɗa kayan zama na zamani, kabad na gargajiya da kujerun katakon tik na Indonesiya na dā. Yankin dafa abinci yana haɗa dakin baƙi, wanka da baranda domin samar da wani yanki na zama mai zaman kansa. Kayayyakin da aka yi amfani da su sun haɗa da terrazzo, itacen walnut, dutsen siriri na roka da gilashin toka.

Unique Properties: Through drawing inspiration from daily lifestyle, the project releases space volume to its greatest extent, separates different living areas, and refined human-friendly spaces in a meticulous way. The parlor presents a freely arranged space. The mix and match of modern sofas, traditional cabinet and old Indonesian teak stools brings a vivid and fun ambience. The kitchen space embraces the guest bedroom, bathroom and balcony in order to form an independent living quarter.

Design Challenge: The biggest challenge of the master bedroom design was how to maximize the functionality. In addition to satisfying basic demands, functions of walk-in closet, living room, and audio/video room also needed to be incorporated. To that end, the designers connected the master bedroom with the family hall, with a door in between to integrate and separate the two areas, which showcases flexibility and ensures both openness and privacy. The master bathroom is divided into five sections: bathtub, toilet, dry sauna area, washing area and shower, with each performing their respective functions and is extremely efficient.
Research: The project releases space volume to its greatest extent, separates different living areas, and refined human-friendly spaces in a meticulous way, which combines practicality and vitality.
Inspiration: This residence project is located in SeawardSunshine, Shantou, China. The functional design was inspired by the family's daily lifestyle, which combines practicality and vitality.
The residence occupies 240 square meters. The designers transformed its original layout (with two halls and five rooms) into a spatial pattern consisting of four halls and four rooms. The goal of design was to create a clean, multifunctional living space and to enhance communication in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2019 and finished in January 2020. The address is No. 58, Hanjiang Road, Shantou, Guangdong.
Operation Flow: The parlor connects the family hall and the water bar, presenting a freely arranged space. The mix and match of modern sofas, traditional cabinet and old Indonesian teak stools brings a vivid and fun ambience. The parlor is completely used for the owner to entertain guests, while the children can play in the family hall, without interfering each other. Connected by a smooth circulation, the two halls are independent yet at the same time interactive.
