Game da Academy Aiki Na Farko: Ƙirar Cikin Ofis

Rubutun Littafi: Academy ƙira ce ta cikin ofis wadda aka tsara don ayyukan yau da kullum, abubuwan da kamfani ke shiryawa da kuma zaman horo. Ana haskaka ƙofar shiga ta hanyar kayan wutar lantarki mai siffar kusurwa shida wanda ke nuna asalin kamfanin a fannin ilmin sinadarai (chemistry). Bangon gilashi da aka cika da capsules na gelatin suna baiwa wurin sirri tare da nuni ga masana'antar magunguna. Wuraren zama masu sauƙi, wani gidan kofi, ɗakin karatu, da ɗakunan taro masu zane-zane, allunan hoto masu ma'amala (interactive screens) da zane-zanen bayani, duk suna haifar da yanayi mai koyar da ilimi. Katako mai ɗumi, kujerun fata, da bangaye masu launin shuɗi mai duhu su ne suka kammala fadin murabba'in mita 650, wanda aka shirya a bene uku daidai gwargwado.

Zanen Academy Aiki Na Farko: Ƙirar Cikin Ofis ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe, wata karramawa mai daraja da ake bai wa kyawawan zane-zane waɗanda ke cika buƙatun ƙwararru da masana'antu da ake tsammani daga ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire da aka tsara da kyau. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Baƙin Ƙarfe suna nuna babban ƙwarewa, ƙwarewa ta musamman, fahimtar ƙwararru da ikon ƙirƙira na masu ƙirƙirar su. Ana sa ran zanen Academy Aiki Na Farko: Ƙirar Cikin Ofis ya zama ƙirƙira da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna wacce ke da amfani kuma mai sababbin abubuwa. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyukan fannin kuma yana da halayen fasaha masu cancanta da ke da alaƙa da sanin yadda da baiwa. Ana girmama zanen Academy Aiki Na Farko: Ƙirar Cikin Ofis saboda cikakkiyar kulawarsa kuma an tsara shi don ba da ingantuwar rayuwa da ke taimakawa wajen mai da duniya wuri mafi kyau.

Siffofi Na Musamman: An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.
Girma da Fakitin: The project's total area is 650 metre square.

Fasahar Samarwa: The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
Bincike: We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.

We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
Tsarin Aiki: Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
