About JAM Vision Track3 Aikin Firamare: Firemin Tabarau

Rubutun Littafi: JAM Vision Track3 firemi ne na tabarau da aka tsara don rage tasirin muhalli. An yi gaban firemi da kuma karshensa da PA11 ta hanyar kera-karawa (additive manufacturing), wanda ke rage barnatar da kayan aiki. An yanke sassan gefen kunne da tsakiyar hanci da laser daga karfen da ba ya tsatsa wanda aka sake sarrafa shi gaba daya. Ana kera kowane firemi ne kawai idan an bukaci shi, don haka babu adana kaya ko rarar da ba a bukata. An hada dukkan sassan ta hanyar inji, ba tare da amfani da solda ko manne ba, ta yadda za a iya musanya wani sashi shi kadai idan ya lalace. Wani sashi na hinji mai maganadiso wanda aka yi wa lasisin fasaha (patent) ya cire bukatar amfani da sikirin, kuma an gwada shi ta hanyar naɗewa da bude sau 100,000 ba tare da asarar aiki ba. Cikakken firemi yana da nauyin da bai kai gram 20 ba.

Zanen JAM Vision Track3 Aikin Firamare: Firemin Tabarau ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen JAM Vision Track3 Aikin Firamare: Firemin Tabarau ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Unique Properties: The Eyewear is fully sustainable, economical, made on demand, and innovative. Thanks to additive manufacturing and Laser cut stainless steel 100% recycled, made on demand, the project is eco-responsible without creating wasted product. Thanks to the patented simple hinges and the clipping system, it could be assembled even by the end user ! Also, as the patented hinge is based on magnetic elements, the hinge is life lasting (100.000 folding test has been made, without any loss performance !)

Production Technology: PA11 additive manufactured, 100% recycled stainless steel, and our know-how in terms of 3D printing constraint and possibilities. Patented hinge obtained by magnets assembly to create friction and axis
Design Challenge: When we decided to launch a brand, we decided that the footprint of this line needs to be as minimum as possible. The eyewear industry use to work with classical soustractive solution (80% of the raw material is trashed), and fixed assembly solution (riveted, soldered, shouted). We decided to start with a brand new method, work in additive, source only eco responsible material, and mechanical easy assembly, to eventually leave the customer to do it by himself.
Inspiration: We were inspired by Ikea, for the easy assembly, and also by the old metal toys to be bend and assembly. Then, lines are inspired by minimalism Japanese spirit, and engineering achievement that we learnt working with some high-end customer (like McLaren). Hinges came thanks to my passion for magnets
Project Duration: 8 months of creation and pre-production, designed in Lyon, France
Operation Flow: This frame is obtained by easy assembly between parts after high personalization of each parts, made on demand, without high stock. All the elements are easy to remove in order to replace just one part in case of breakage. The hinge itself has been tested with 100.000 folding, without any reduction of performance, which push the boundaries of every other ones resistance.
