Rubutun Littafi: Ambi Climate Mini na'ura ce mai wayo don sarrafa na'urorin sanyaya iska. Na'urar tana amfani da fasahar hankali na wucin gadi don koyon abin da masu amfani suke so domin samun jin dadi, sannan ta daidaita na'urar sanyaya iska ta kanta. Ana samun amsa ta hanyar aikace-aikacen wayar hannu. Fasalin na'urar yana da fuskoki daban-daban, don haka na'urar tana kama daidai ko an rataye ta a bango ko an ajiye ta a kan tebur. An boye ramukan iska a cikin gibin hadewa, wanda yake sa jikin na'urar ya kasance karami kuma babu ramukan da ake iya gani a fili. Wani tushe da aka yi da itacen beech yana taimaka wa na'urar ta dace da gidaje da wuraren aiki.

Unique Properties: Ambi Climate mini uses A.I. to learn user's comfort preferences. It then automatically adjust and manage the user’s air-conditioner. The form is designed to be multi-orientational and to blend in. It always looks right side up whether it’s mounted on the wall or place on the table. The use of beech wood "coaster" makes it look comfortable in any home or office space. All these considerations give users plenty of options on where to place their Ambi Climate Mini.

Production Technology: The device requires generous ventilation to allow the internal thermometer sensor to get an accurate reading of ambient temperature. For this reason, vents are strategically engineered to be hidden in assembly gaps without needing to add unsightly holes on the body. The generous hidden venting makes the form as compact and as minimal as possible.
Design Challenge: The challenge was to balance a premium build quality and cost of manufacturing. The team achieved this by making internal electronics as compact as possible, therefore, reducing material cost and leaving some budget for tighter tolerances, and use real beech wood to elevate the design.
Research: Research data from the Company's flagship product was used for this project. Interviews were conducted to learn customers' preferences and their style association. A design language strategy was then established for Ambi Climate, allowing future products to use the same design language and philosophy, and maintain a consistent identity for the brand's product line.
Inspiration: The design was inspired by the calmness and warmth of a ceramic teacup placed on top of a wooden coaster. We’ve found this references to be most appropriate for a high-tech product because it makes the device feel welcoming and friendly. It humanizes technology and removes the intimidation factors out of the product.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 in Hong Kong and manufacturing began in August 2020. Ambi Climate Mini officially launched in October 2020.
Operation Flow: The device is operated using the Ambi Climate App, available on both iOS Appstore and Google Play store. The device can be paired with the AC simply by following the setup process in the app. Once the device is paired, users simply give feedback by telling the app if they are feeling too hot, too cold, or comfortable from time to time. In about 7 days, Ambi Climate's A.I. learns the user's preference and adjusts the AC automatically.
