The total land area is 36,041 square meters and the total building area is 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen. It is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library.

Wahayi: The city is a creation with human as the main body and the place where civilization is generated.When the sun is slowly approaching the sea level, the busy day returns to tranquility. There are more people on the beach, some are walking, some are swimming, some are picking up shells, and some are playing happily... So, the cheers here were as high as the waves.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project design started in November 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in 2020 in Shenzhen.
Tsarin Aiki: In the design, the advanced technology, equipment, excellent technology, environmental protection materials and safe and reliable structure are preferred, and the industry standards and specifications are carefully followed. The space design combines the characteristics of the seaside and is based on the building.
