Rubutun Littafi: Floating Minimalist Poetic cibiya ce ta tallace-tallace da tallan kasuwanci da ke Nanchang, kasar Sin. Zanen ya samo asali daga tafkin da ke wurin gine-ginen. An yi amfani da salon rushewa mai sauki (minimalist deconstruction) don kirkiro yanayi mai natsuwa, na dabi'a kuma na fasaha, wanda ke sassauta halayen kasuwanci na yau da kullum na wurin tallace-tallace. Ginin yana tashi cikin 'yanci a bakin tafkin kamar shirati, yana samar da gidan tarihi na fasaha na tafki wanda ke da salon zamani kuma mai dauke da wakokin fasaha. An tsara sararin samaniyar don yin aiki daga baya a matsayin kulob ga mazauna, yana bayar da wuri mai dorewa don sadarwa tsakanin al'ummomin da ke makwabtaka.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Baƙin Ƙarfe suna nuna babban ƙwarewa, ƙwarewa ta musamman, fahimtar ƙwararru da ikon ƙirƙira na masu ƙirƙirar su. Ana sa ran zanen Floating Minimalist Poetic Cibiyar Tallace-tallace ya zama ƙirƙira da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna wacce ke da amfani kuma mai sababbin abubuwa. - Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.

- The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
