About Strings Kujerar Hutawa

Strings kujera ce ta hutawa da aka yi da lanƙwasasshen bututun ƙarfe. Ƙirar ta samo asali ne daga tunanin igiyoyin kiɗa, kuma bututun mai siffar layi yana haɗuwa da tsarin waje mai siffar zobe, don haka siffar tana da farko da ƙarshe. Babban kayan da aka yi amfani da shi shine ƙarfen da ba ya tsatsa (304 stainless steel), wanda yake da ƙarfi kuma yana jure wa lalacewa, don haka kujerar ta dace da amfani a waje. An tsara firam ɗin ta hanyar yankewa, lanƙwasawa, dumama, mikawa, walda da goge shi. Lanƙwasar tana bin tsarin zaman jiki. Kujerar ta dace da karatu, shan shayi da hutawa.

Unique Properties: As the name suggests, the string-shaped steel tube and the ring-shaped outer contour finally meet to achieve visual and auditory synesthesia. The furniture brings visual and tactile enjoyment to people, and at the same time, there seems to be a melody flowing in the heart.White steel is used as the main material of the product, and the metal pipe is bent and combined to make this product in a smooth shape.
Dimensions & Packaging: 740mm x 820mm x 915mm, The production and processing technology of the product is composed of blanking, bending, firing, stretching, springback, welding, polishing, etc. the processing mode is relatively simple, there are no special technical requirements, and the modeling freedom is high.

Production Technology: The material is mainly made of metal wire, which is environmentally friendly and suitable for bending processing. Compared with 201 white steel, 304 white steel has stronger corrosion resistance and is undoubtedly the first choice for outdoor use. The process of making the material is relatively simple. It is composed of blanking, bending, firing, stretching, springback, welding, polishing and so on.
Design Challenge: Make the metal wires connect and combine regularly without rigidity, and ensure the comfort and functionality of the product on the basis of using only one element.
Research: This design is guided by the strings, and the string-shaped steel tube and the annular outer contour finally meet to achieve visual and auditory synaesthesia. The furniture brings visual and tactile enjoyment to people, and at the same time, there seems to be a melody flowing in the heart. All the steel pipes and the annular outer contour finally meet in one place, and the shapes are linked together, with a beginning and an end.
Inspiration: The design inspiration is based on the strings, and the metal wire is selected as the raw material, and the shape is polished to make it more suitable for the sitting posture of the human body and more comfortable to use. Together, there is a beginning and an end.
Project Duration: The design had started in Shenyang in March 2021, completed in Shenyang in June 2021, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2021.
Operation Flow: It is suitable for leisure and entertainment. It can sit with feet hanging or knees bent. It is a suitable choice for reading, drinking tea or rest and play. In addition, the material of the product is 304 white steel, which is hard and corrosion-resistant, simple and light, low-key and shiny color. It is also the first choice for outdoor leisure.
