About Binhai Second Sub Cibiyar Kula da Ido

Binhai Second Sub cibiya ce ta kula da ido a Tianjin. Cikin ginin ya kai murabba'in mita 373 kuma yana haɗa abubuwan likitanci, sayarwa, da fasahar zane-zane tare. Fuskar gininn tana da sauƙin siffa tare da canje-canjen launi masu ƙarfi. An haɗa baka masu sauƙi da tsarin ciki don siffanta sararin samaniya. Hanyar zirga-zirga bayyananniya tana amfani da iyakacin sarari yadda ya kamata. Bene na biyu yana ɗauke da cibiyar bincike, inda zanen da ya miƙe ya kirkiro yanayi mai natsuwa da buɗaɗɗiya. Kayan aikin sun haɗa da itace, rufi na ƙarfe, tsire-tsire masu kore, gilashin nanometer mai wutar lantarki, da kujerun fata na musamman.

The high integration of medicine, art and commerce not only retains the main design elements of Tianjin eye hospital, but also makes a perfect expression in its own style.

Design Challenge: The design is limited by surrounding environmental factors and city appearance environmental factors, and the facade has undergone many changes.Stair structure, ceiling lintel and column limit the overall unity of floor height and main visual space.Because this design wants to go up in space beautification key to work hard, maximum limit avoids the disadvantage of space.Counter selection of high-quality materials, fine handwork, to create a domestic sales of high-end lens sales model.

Project Duration: The project started in March 2021 in Tianjin and finished in December 2021 in Tianjin.
Operation Flow: Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
