About Track Aikin Asali: Kayan Cin Abinci

Rubutun Littafi: Track kayan cin abinci ne na yumbu wanda ya kunshi faranti, kofuna da tukwane na furanni. Siffofin suna da sauki kuma launukan suna da haske. Farfajiyoyi masu fari suna lankwasawa a fadin kowace kayan kamar zamewar kankara da dusar ƙanƙara, kuma tsarin da ke tashi da faɗuwa yana sanya siffofin waje su fi bayyana sarai. Ana samar da kayan ta hanyar zubawa cikin sifar yumbu (ceramic mould casting) ana kuma gasa su a zafin digiri 1250 Celsius. Siffofin da ke iya lalacewa cikin sauƙi ana taimaka musu da alumina yayin gasa a zafi mai tsanani, sannan a shafa musu glaze a sake gasa su. Zanen yana kasancewa cikin natsuwa da sauki, domin abincin ya kasance abin da ke jan hankali a lokacin cin abinci.

Unique Properties: This set of utensils includes plates, water cups, flower utensils, etc. They have a simple shape, bright colors. The white trajectory is like ice and snow sliding, and the outline is more clearly depicted as the structure rises and falls.
Dimensions & Packaging: Cup #1: 75*75*90mm, Cup#2: 85*85*70mm, Floral vessel#1: 80*60*280mm, Floral vessel#2: 80*120*180mm, Plate#1: 290*140*18mm, Plate#2: 180*180*20mm.

Production Technology: The work is made of ceramic mould casting technique. Fired to 1250℃.
Design Challenge: The main difficulty in the development of the project was the deformation of the ceramic material. In solving this, I used a high temperature firing and low temperature glaze firing method for extremely deformable forms. The pieces are brazed with alumina during the high temperature firing process and then glazed for a third firing after shaping.
Research: Type of research: applied research, Research Objectives: tableware, Methodology: computer-aided design, Data collection: market research and questionnaires, Experiment: perception of the use of the piece, Results: the design in its shape makes the consumer more eager to buy and the meal experience becomes relaxed and enjoyable.
Inspiration: Dining times are often warm and beautiful, and a pleasant set of tableware can make the real thing more delicious. Tableware is the coat of food, so tableware design should not be noisy, but should be quiet and modest.
Project Duration: Started in June 2022 and finished in August.
Operation Flow: The work serves everyday life and is an expression of refined living and joie de vivre.
