In order to solve this problem, this design proposes a new treatment method, which is to transform construction waste and waste concrete into environmentally friendly permeable brick, so as to realize the recycling of construction waste resources and reduce the pollution to the environment.
Wahayi: The construction industry generates a large amount of waste each year, resulting in lost profits and negative impacts on the environment. At present, the disposal of construction waste is in a simple and disorderly state, and the recycling and resource utilization of construction waste cannot spontaneously form an industrial chain under market conditions. In addition, the durability of recycled concrete is poor, difficult to market.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in October 2022 at in Shenyang, liaoning province, China, and finished in March 2023 at inShenyang, liaoning province China.
Tsarin Aiki: In the working process of TNK-50N, the waste concrete is collected by the collector and transferred to the crusher in front of the vehicle for crushing and removing impurities. It is transported to the rear car through the transport port, and additives are added and then stirred by agitator. The stirred material is vibratingly pressed and solidified through the permeable brick mold. TNK-50N adopts driverless technology. When the additives in the body of the car are not available, they need to be added manually through the external interface of the additives on the side of the body.
