Aikin zane-zane na Gidan Haɗin Gwiwar Hazikai yana a birnin Jinan mai kyau, a ƙasar Sin, tare da manufar samar da sarari mai maraba ga mazaunan hasumiyar gidaje. Tare da kyawawan ra'ayoyin gine-gine da ke kewaye da kuma yanayin dutse mai ban sha'awa, manufar zane-zane ta ta'allaka ne akan jigon Sinanci na zamani wanda aka yi wahayi da manufar "Zen", wanda yake dacewa da muhalli da kuma bukatun abokan ciniki da ake nufi. Zanen Talents' Clubhouse Zane-zanen Ciki ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Talents' Clubhouse Zane-zanen Ciki ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyuka a fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani, kuma yana da kyau saboda kulawarsa ga cikakkun bayanai. Unique Properties: The project is located in Jinan, China. The purpose is a clubhouse to serve the residents living in that residential tower. Functions of space included cafe, library, office, gym, laundry etc.

Production Technology: Stone, timber, tiles, wallpaper, laminated glasses and carpets are the main materials applied.
Research: As it is clubhouse project, so functions and styles of the space are important. Designer worked closely with the client's marketing team. After lots of discussions and meetings, all team members agreed the modern Chinese theme "Zen". Besides, the clubhouse should be cozy and customers friendly. Hope all customers like to stay, chat or read during their leisure time. Designer spend much time to research the similar projects and explained to the clients.
Inspiration: The project is located on 21/f at residential tower, the propose is to serve residents live there. The view outside windows are buildings and fantastic mountain scence. Designer proposed modern Chinese theme "Zen" as per the environment and target customers. Therefore, symmetry ideas and natural materials were applied. Designer specially designed the entrance location. After customers arrived the entrance and reception, they can easily access to library, tea room etc. As the exisitng space is very narrow, so open plan is proposed.
Project Duration: The project was started in July 2021 and completed in January 2023.
Operation Flow: The exisitng space was very narrow and lots of columns were found on site. That was a big challenge, so traffic flow was very important to guide customers from entry to different areas.
