In the development journey of mobile application, perhaps the most formidable obstacle was maneuvering through the intricate maze of regulatory dynamics. Navigating the diverse and constantly evolving global compliance requirements necessitated meticulous research and continual adjustments. Conducting qualitative research, our main aim was to explore user preferences and behaviors through Digital Wallet. By conducting a blend of interviews and usability testing with stakeholders, we gathered valuable insights into user needs and pain points. Participants comprised a diverse range of financial institutes users, from novices to experts. Analysis revealed key insights into user expectations, leading to design refinements that prioritize usability and security. Ultimately, our research informs the development of a digital exchange platform that caters to diverse user needs, fostering accessibility and trust in Digital Wallet.
