About Yenikoy House Fasahar Cikin Gida ta Zama

Gidan Yenikoy aiki ne na fasahar cikin gida na zama da ke birnin Istanbul, Turkiyya. Gidan yana da fadin murabba'in mita 250 kuma ya kunshi filin waje (terrace) mai murabba'in mita 80. Tsarin gidan yana da dakuna hudu, wadanda suka hada da dakunan kwana guda biyu, wurin motsa jiki, wurin zama, da kicin. An tsara fasahar ne bisa la'akari da kallon birnin, ta yadda mazauna za su iya jin daɗin birnin da ke kewaye da su daga cikin gidan. An kiyaye kayan daki cikin sauki domin a ci gaba da mayar da hankali kan kallon wajen. An yi amfani da Tadelakt, wani sinadari na dabi'a mai numfashi da ke da kyautar muhalli, a bangon da rufin gidan.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Yenikoy House Fasahar Cikin Gida ta Zama ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
