About Xiangcheng Paradise Walk Zane Cikin Gida na Babban Kantin Sayayya

Xiangcheng Paradise Walk wani zane ne na cikin gida na babban kantin sayayya a birnin Suzhou. Jimlar fadin wurin ya kai murabba'in mita 145000, tare da benaye shida a saman kasa da benaye biyu a karkashin kasa. Tunanin zanen, mai suna raye-rayen ruwaye a cikin koramun dazuzzuka, ya hada kyawun ruwayen lambunan gargajiya na Suzhou da ruwayen muhalli na Xiangcheng. An raba benaye bakwai na kasuwanci zuwa wurare hudu masu jigogi daban-daban, ciki har da Moon Island, wato tsibirin birni na dabi'a mai ratsa benaye da yake a benayen sama. An yi amfani da dutse, katako mai zane, tagulla da farantan aluminium fararen fata, sannan rufin gilashi na kawo hasken rana zuwa cikin farfajiyar tsakiya.

Unique Properties: As the first upgraded mega experiential space under longfor group's commercial evolution,it has established a unique paradise walk with an innovative feature on its upper floors,l5,l6 the first cross level,3000 square meter urban natural island in suzhou,named moon island.this island emphasizes the project's distinctive new social and experiential formats and offerings.
Dimensions & Packaging: The total area of this project is 145000 square meters with 6 floors above ground and 2 floors underground a total of 8 floors.

Production Technology: The floor of this project is made of stone,wood grain and green plants to create a sense of quality and natural atmosphere.in order to implement the fire protection standard of commercial buildings,the floor stone and wall are made of wood grain,bronze and white aluminum plates to meet this standard requirement.in order to make the indoor space feel like the outdoors,the glass roof is specially set in the atrium to let natural light shine into the room and create a natural atmosphere.
Design Challenge: The challenge for the designers was to create a modern,eco fashion shopping center in the classical garden city of suzhou.could we merge the elegant waters of suzhou's classical gardens with the natural waters of xiangcheng,where the project is located,to create a dynamic scene of dancing waters in forested streams,inspired by a commitment to celebrate suzhou's past,present,and future.
Research: Xiangcheng paradise walk elevates the urban quality of life by prioritizing sharing,social interaction,and experiential offerings.by enhancing the integration of key commercial areas,it boosts consumer engagement and vitality,unlocking spending potential and invigorating market activity.this strategy promotes high quality development in regional commerce and increases the asset value of urban projects.
Inspiration: Suzhou is often first remembered for its water towns and classical gardens.the design concept for this project,dancing waters in forested streams,harmoniously combines the elegance of suzhou's classical garden waters with the ecological waters of xiangcheng.It flows from calm to lively to exuberant,creating a vibrant scene where past,present,and future come together.the spatial layout,functionality,business formats,and experiences all contribute to creating comfortable,natural social spaces.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2021 in shanghai and finished in September 2024 in suzhou
Operation Flow: The shopping mall's seven commercial floors are divided into four themed spaces:water runway,moon island,water lane spaceship and for food.
