About Plus+ Aikin Asali: Sikirudireba

Rubutun Littafi: Plus+ sikirudireba ne mai sassa da aka tsara don ajiya cikin sauƙi da zaɓin kayan aiki cikin sauri. Kowane sashe yana ɗauke da wani nau'in bit na kayan aiki daban-daban. Ana iya ƙara ko cire sassa domin canza tsawon jimlar kayan aikin, wanda ke sa Plus+ ya dace da wurare daban-daban na aiki tare da kasancewa mai sauƙin ɗauka. Riƙon kayan aiki yana bawa mai amfani damar saka da cire bits cikin sauri, kuma hannun riƙewa yana da daɗi a hannu. Alama bayyananniya a kan kowane bit yana sauƙaƙa gane kan da ya dace. An tsara jikin kayan aikin ta hanyar amfani da hanyar zubar da roba (rubber injection molding). Sassan da za a iya haɗawa suna rage yawan filin ajiya da kuma ɓarnar albarkatu.

Zanen Plus+ Aikin Asali: Sikirudireba ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na matakin koli, masu kyau sosai kuma masu burgewa. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Azurfa ayyuka ne masu haske sosai da ƙirƙira mai yawa waɗanda ke nuna ƙwarewa, baiwa da kaifin tunanin masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Plus+ Aikin Asali: Sikirudireba ya zama aiki mai ban mamaki, abin koyi, mai ƙwarewa sosai kuma mai ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire mai zurfi. Unique Properties: Our design has sections which are equipped by various tool bits. Plus and minus combinations can change its total length, which makes it adapt to various spaces and easy to carry. The tool holder of it is easy to insert and unplug and its grip feeling is excellent. And a striking symbol on its tool bit makes customers’ choice and intuitive.

Production Technology: Our design is shaped by rubber injection molding technology.
Design Challenge: The challenge of our design is that we cannot find a reasonable way in it’s appearance which is satisfying in function at the beginning. After a certain number of sketching and discussing of our project, we finally find the proper selection which achieves the desired effect.
Research: How to make your tools in a reasonable order when you put them in the storage box is always trouble us. We always want to find the right screwdriver immediately when you do something. The traditional one is using a lot of space in storage and cannot recognized easily. To solve this problem, the design team finding a smart way in screwdriver redesign, which make the screwdriver easily in using and storaging.
Inspiration: As we all know, every time we try to use the screwdriver it will spend us some time in finding the right one. And all different kinds of screwdriver need a lot of space in receiving. To solve this problem, our design team offered a better solution in screwdriver design, which can make the screwdriver fits more requirement and use less space.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2015 in LAFA Communal Facility Design Studio and finished in August 2017 in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Industrial Design in LAFA.
Operation Flow: Our project is kind of model combination design, combining with many same shaped screwdrivers with different heads. Users can plus or minus any screwdriver for their needing. This design can adapt to the complex usage scenarios and perfect storage problem after using it. Through the satisfaction unit sections’ buying, gathering, assembling, using, and storing bring, customers develop the brand loyalty and tool storage habits and reduce resource waste.
