About Pure Essences Cikin Ofishin Gine-gine

Pure Essences aiki ne na ƙirar ciki don wani kamfanin gine-gine a Tainan, Taiwan. Ana rage yawan ginin a hankali, yana ƙirƙirar baranda da ke samun isasshiyar hasken rana ga wuraren aiki. An yi amfani da simintin fuska-fuska da dutsen laka mai launin toka a waje da ciki, wanda ke ba da kamanni mai daidaituwa da tawali'u da ya dace da yanayin da ke kewaye. Duwatsun turke masu ciyawa a tsakaninsu suna inganta riƙe ruwa na ƙasa. Ƙaramin tafki da itace suna taimakawa wajen daidaita zafin jiki. Tsarin yana samar da yaɗuwa mai santsi da buɗaɗɗun kallo zuwa lambun.

Zanen Pure Essences Cikin Ofishin Gine-gine ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na matakin koli, masu kyau sosai kuma masu burgewa. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Azurfa ayyuka ne masu haske sosai da ƙirƙira mai yawa waɗanda ke nuna ƙwarewa, baiwa da kaifin tunanin masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Pure Essences Cikin Ofishin Gine-gine ya zama aiki mai ban mamaki, abin koyi, mai ƙwarewa sosai kuma mai ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire mai zurfi. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa ƙirƙira ce mai abin lura sosai, da ake sha'awa, wacce ke amfanar da kuma kai iyakokin fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani gaba. Unique Properties: For the client also the architect owning this architecture firm, which is the subject of this architectural and exhibition interior design project, the interior design plan is remarkably versatile for many uses. From the perspective of the use of space, the construction method creating the building exterior with the gradually recessed building volumes is better than those creating an entire indoor space, bringing to the working colleagues the balcony bathed in adequate sunlight, and showing the design idea that less is more.

Production Technology: The essences of design without overdecoration presents the true nature of the space. The building exteriors are decorated with the fair-faced concretes and the delicate grey slates. The stone pavers with grass in between improve the water-holding capacity of soils. The delicate pool landscape and the small tree, adjoining the stone pavers on the side, are not only scenic, also effectively adjust the environment temperature.

Inspiration: The fair-faced concretes comprehensively decorated on the building exterior and in the house manifest the consistency of decoration materials. The low-key colors agreeably correspond to the colors of the surrounding environment. People in the building can enjoy the great view to the outdoor garden landscape. The interior design plan thoroughly considering the working environment, water landscape and plants creates the pleasant ambience for the architecture firm.
Project Duration: The project finished in December 2014 in Tainan, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The entire interior design with the smooth traffic flows and space arrangements constitutes the soul of space, showing the pure but intriguing qualities of essences.
