About Mastech Dongguan Ofis

Don yin la'akari da yawan masu amfani, alaƙar kasuwanci da yawa, da nau'ikan taron da ba a san su ba, wannan wurin aiki yana da nufin zama buɗaɗɗen tsari da tsarin da ba daidai ba, don tallafawa kowane nau'in tattaunawar rukuni. A bene na 1, an raba wurin liyafar ta tsarin shimfidar bene. Kowane yanki yana fuskantar mabanbanta daidaitawa, yana kawo ɗan bambanci, amma kiyaye ƙarin sirri yayin tattaunawar kasuwanci. A kan bene na 4, an shigar da manyan teburan ofis a cikin babban yanki, kewaye da madauki na turf ɗin turf na wucin gadi, yana haɗa kowane yanki da haɗa ƙarfi tsakanin abokan aiki.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Azurfa ayyuka ne masu haske sosai da ƙirƙira mai yawa waɗanda ke nuna ƙwarewa, baiwa da kaifin tunanin masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Mastech Dongguan Ofis ya zama aiki mai ban mamaki, abin koyi, mai ƙwarewa sosai kuma mai ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire mai zurfi. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa ƙirƙira ce mai abin lura sosai, da ake sha'awa, wacce ke amfanar da kuma kai iyakokin fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani gaba. Zanen Mastech Dongguan Ofis ƙirƙira ce da ake yi wa hassada sosai wacce ke tada sha'awa, tana kawo jin daɗi kuma tana haifar da mamaki da al'ajabi.

Unique Properties: All kinds of meetings and conferences take place here. The formal conference room is thus divided into different kinds of meeting places, so that discussion would take place around every corner. Clients and employees could talk to each other while walking or exercising in the whole area with ease. This project intends to combine leisure activity, exercising and work, finally making formal office a playground for everyone.

Production Technology: This project widely adopts solid industrial loft style materials: steel, glass and marble, to make the corporate image of both profession and precision.
Design Challenge: Attempt to combine accuracy, precision, reliability and relaxed sense in the same time.
Research: In this project we mainly focus on minimal amount of materials like steel, glass and artificial turf.
The steel is used in the structure of the mezzanine, its neat straight line makes the corporate image of profession and precision.
The curved glass is used to separate the meeting room from workplace but also maintaining transparency of the space.
The artificial turf forms the running track and creates a relaxing sense while working hard in the same time.
Inspiration: Mastech is one of the world’s largest suppliers of electronic measuring instruments. This project, in their franchise office situated in Dongguan city, widely adopts solid industrial loft style materials: steel, glass and marble, to make the corporate image of both profession and precision.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2017 and finished in April 2019
The project is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong Province, China.
Operation Flow: This franchise office aims to combine leisure activity, exercising and work, finally making formal office a playground for everyone.
