Game da Grand Marine Babban Ofishin Sayar da Kayan Ruwa na Grand Marine

An lulluɓe zauren sayarwa da wani sahihin launin rawaya mai haske, an ƙera shi domin jan hankali tun daga lokacin da mutum ya shiga. Wannan wuri yana ɗauke da kyakkyawar shiryayyar baje kolin da aka yi mata ado da fasahar kere-kere mai kyau, wanda aka daidaita shi da hasken kyalli mai kama da na jellyfish daga gilashin da ke saman rufin da ke saukowa daga sama. Wannan kyakkyawan kayan aiki yana samar da tattaunawar gani mara kutse tare da dutsen shuɗi mai kama da igiyar ruwa da ke maraba da baƙi a zauren shiga. Tare da shigar da salon alfarma na zamani a ko'ina, ƙungiyar ta ƙara wa ƙirar wasu abubuwan ƙarfe mara tsatsa masu kyalli domin nuna kowane kyakkyawan cikakken bayani da ɗaukaka girman gaba ɗaya.

Zanen Grand Marine Babban Ofishin Sayar da Kayan Ruwa na Grand Marine ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Grand Marine Babban Ofishin Sayar da Kayan Ruwa na Grand Marine ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Siffofi Na Musamman: To help our clients to deliver their message to the yuppies as well the potential users, the designer blends the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. The whole space was decorated with a light yellow tone in order to match the main color theme of the property’s publicity. An echo with the entrance design with blue wave stone and special jellyfish glass ceiling feature, which made sales hall showed an energetic but gorgeous atmosphere.
Girma da Fakitin: The whole sales office and show flats are approximate around 16300sqf.

Fasahar Samarwa: In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer used a very special blue wave marble for the logo feature wall as the backdrop to create a great impression for visitors. Our Design Director hopes potential buyers to be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the Sales Office, therefore the designer standardized the main design elements by applying nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique marble pattern for the whole sales office.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The challenge for this project would be sourcing and arranging the material for the site. In order to present one of the major merits of the property - facing the sea, our design director had been looked for a special blue stone with a remarkable pattern from all over the world, as hoped that the potential users will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office, which applied nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique blue marble for the whole sales office.
Bincike: Our clients aim to design a sales office that can demonstrate the superior characteristics of the property and present the elements of actual environments for potential users. As the analysis data from our client is our type of research, we communicated with all the person in charge, by understanding their core-value of sustained commitment to quality homes. Thus, our design director combined their core value into this key project The Grand Marine, designed a very fancy and grand sales office.
Wahayi: As the property has a world-class landscape, thus our design director hopes potential buyers will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office. He standardized the main theme color for this project in the light yellow, as this color has represented the lightest hue of the spectrum. In color psychology, it means uplifting and illuminating, as well as offering hope, cheerfulness, and happiness.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in March 2019 and finished in August 2019 in Hong Kong. And it starts to open for the public in Oct 2019.
Tsarin Aiki: In order to leave the deep impression for visitors with an artistic temperament, our designer director blended the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer applied the sea-wave art sculpture in one of the areas, blended with the waterfall decorative lighting as created one of the focal points to attract people's eye.
