Pilikia Hoʻolālā: The creative challenge of the Diag project was to propose a new form with the use of as simple a structure as possible, as well as a non-stereotypical solution of the storage function of accessories reduced to a minimum.
Hoʻoulu Manaʻo: the author's own thoughts on the conditions and the way of performing the desk function were the inspiration for the creation of the Diag project. The main goal when developing the concept was to obtain a piece of furniture that could be used in both residential and office space. It was important to find an original solution for storing writing instruments.
Ka Lōʻihi o ka Papahana: The project was presented for the first time at the Meble Polska 2019 International Furniture Fair in Poznań, awarded with the MTP Gold Medal in the Premier category
Kaʻina Hana: The project was very positively received by the recipients during the fair presentations. Attention was paid to the attractive form and optional aspects, such as, for example, raised edges to prevent items from falling off the top, as well as the available accessories.
