This reception center sells multiple projects, and it is necessary to present the concept of each project and the builder through a consistent design concept. Through the exterior grille, the interior frame line, and the Oriental design vocabulary of "round" and "gathering", the rationality and sensibility of the building are conveyed. And from the appearance of a stable and generous image, while creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere in the interior, the goal is to give people who buy houses, for life and even their own imagination.
Noiʻi
In terms of landscape, vision and atmosphere design, echoing the core idea of its products, the grille of the architectural appearance and the frame line of the interior lead the sense of space as visual tension. Functionally, it distinguishes different use scenarios, such as preparing a coffee shop, exhibition area, negotiation room, etc., to meet more detailed needs and scenarios during reception.
Hoʻoulu Manaʻo
The reception center has an architectural appearance of black and white tones and rational lines, and the outdoor courtyard is embellished with green, creating a calm texture and symbolizing the image of the masses it attracts. Mild materials such as wood grain and fabric are added to the interior to receive guests for negotiation in a comfortable space. Stone, metal and lighting are also merged to make the details more delicate, and the low-luxury field gives guests honorable treatment.
Ka Lōʻihi o ka Papahana
