Competitor analysis and user feedback revealed existing products were too basic or purely functional, lacking personal expression. Testing with pet owners highlighted the need for style and practicality. Durability assessments led to TPU-coated webbing. The key insight was the demand for personalization, inspiring Juju holes for charm attachment. at leash combines thoughtful design, comfort, durability, and personalization.
