- A highlight of the design is its layered brand translation and flexible layout. For staff and guests alike, circular sofa modules inspired by beer racks create a focal point in the discussion zone. The ceiling's arc geometry recalls a bottle base, while tank-shaped lights merge form and function. A cap-shaped table with a beverage station anchors social interaction. Two meeting rooms with movable partitions shift easily between lecture, workshop, or party modes. Mobile furnishings and lighting support varied event scales, blending work and social life while enhancing the immersive brand experience.

- The total area is approximately 526 square meters. The layout includes an entrance reception and display area, an open office, two large meeting rooms, several small meeting rooms, a social sofa area, and a beverage/discussion area. Centered around an open plan, the space features movable furniture and height-adjustable desks. Desk arrangements follow the curvature of beer bottles to subtly reinforce the brand image while enhancing spatial rhythm, aligning the design strategy with human-centered design and brand identity.

- The design uses 82.5 percent green-certified materials, including calcium silicate ceiling boards, low-VOC paint, and eco-wood flooring, alongside a 100 percent LED lighting system. Warm wood textures are paired with Heineken-green fabrics in select furniture pieces, creating a cohesive material identity. Transparent and frosted glass partitions maintain visual openness while distinguishing between shared and private zones, achieving a balanced environment between functionality and softness.

- The site, a second-floor office in an aging factory with limited ceiling height and deep structural beams. Integrating HVAC, fire safety, and lighting systems posed visual and functional challenges. The star-shaped ceiling at the entrance was one solution, balancing brand expression and spatial proportion through varied ceiling heights. Additionally, many windows were previously sealed-designers reopened them to bring in daylight, combined with movable lighting in the open office area to ensure flexible illumination. The entire project was coordinated using BIM technology, boosting precision and implementation efficiency.

- The Heineken Office, a renovation of the brewery's second-floor space in Pingtung, reflects the brand values 'Bright, Young, Warm, Welcoming' through the concept of 'Togetherness.' Iconic stars, bottle racks, and brewing tanks are reinterpreted as lighting, furniture, and ceilings. Flexible meeting rooms, open workstations, cap-shaped tables, and a social lounge with movable elements foster collaboration. Using BIM and ESG principles, the project achieved 82.5 percent green-certified materials, full LED lighting, and universal design, transforming the old factory into a vibrant, people-centric workplace.
- Hoʻoulu Manaʻo
- Located on the second floor of the Heineken Brewery in Pingtung, the project is anchored in the concept of 'Design for Togetherness.' It embodies the brand's core values of 'Bright, Young, Warm, and Welcoming,' translated through spatial narratives and visual cues into a tangible and immersive experience. The entry incorporates double-height perspectives and the Heineken star identity as a ceiling grille, enabling visitors to sense the brand from the first floor-setting the tone that the office is more than a place for work.
- Ka Lōʻihi o ka Papahana
- The project finished in May 2024 in Taiwan.
- Kaʻina Hana
- Following completion, Heineken staff responded positively. Meeting rooms, the cap-shaped discussion table, and the window-side social areas are all in frequent use, demonstrating an efficient flow between work and interaction. Employees can freely switch between standing and seated desks, engage in open discussions, or step into private meeting rooms, maximizing the flexibility of hot-desking. The cap-shaped area serves as a key zone for tea breaks and casual conversation, embodying the brand's spirit of warmth and openness.
