Results revealed critical gaps in local booking access, cultural guidance, and real-time language support. As the user interacts more, Tripilot builds a preference profile that powers increasingly personalized recommendations. When ready, users can confirm bookings for hotels, flights, and activities directly within the app. The mascots reappear at key moments — confirmations, weather alerts, and trip countdowns — keeping the journey engaging from planning to return.
