E Pili Ana iā Jimmy Hung

CRANE is a London-based multi-disciplinary design studio led by architect and designer duo Jimmy Hung and Anabela Chan, with a network of British and International collaborators to provide architecture, interior, product and branding design services.

With a combined background across the realms of design, architecture, fashion and art, Jimmy and Anabela have worked for global-leading brands including Richard Rogers Architects, Thomas Heatherwick, OMA Asia, Alexander McQueen and AllSaints in London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Jimmy was Project Leader at Heatherwick Studio and Partner at Make Architects; he began his career working on the world renown One Hyde Park luxury residential project in London's Knightsbridge with Richard Rogers + Partners in 2007. Jimmy graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL in 2006, and his work have been exhibited at The Venice Architecture Biennale, The Royal Academy of Arts and The Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Anabela was named by Harpers Bazaar UK in 2014 as the jeweller you need to know now and winner of Vogue Talents 2014. Originally trained as an architect, Anabela worked for Sir Richard Rogers on the Ground Zero World Trade Centre Project in New York, before progressing to launch a career in fashion design with Alexander Mcqueen and AllSaints in London and Paris for 7 years, where she became the youngest appointed senior womenswear designer at age 24.
In 2012 Anabela returned to the Royal College of Art to complete a Master Degree in Goldsmithing and Jewellery. She launched her eponymous fashion fine jewellery brand and workshop shortly after graduating with 5 prestigious awards, including fine jewellery, platinum and diamond jewellery design from the British Goldsmiths Craft and Design Council, and a prized scholarship from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain. Anabela's solo work have exhibited internationally, at the Wonder Room in Selfridges, The Conran Shop, Mint Gallery and the V&A in London; with ITS and Vogue Italia in Milan, Trieste and Dubai, and at Jia Gallery in Shanghai to name a few. Her one-of-a-kind jewels and art sculptures are collected by the most discerning alike.
