About Jacqueline Mariana Thenu
Jacqueline has an interest in material and craftsmanship, graduated from Technology Institute of Bandung, major in product design. Her interest is the foundation to merge between art and design in every creation. Currently learning and exploring folding technique to find other practice possibility in material and function. She has exhibited her lamp design twice in Casa by Bravacasa in 2013 and 2016 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta.
Jacqueline Mariana Thenu is a highly acclaimed laureate of the internationally acclaimed A' Design Award in Kukui. The A' Design Award Keleawe marks the achievement of Jacqueline Mariana Thenu in the international design competition. In the competition, Jacqueline Mariana Thenu entered anonymously, and an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members decided by blind peer review.
The award was granted in the 2016 - 2017 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition. The achievements of Jacqueline Mariana Thenu earned the World Design Rating title Hoa Hana Hiki Mai. Jacqueline Mariana Thenu represents ʻĪnikonekia among the award-winning creators of Designers.org.
