About Kitanov
Wiliam Kitanov was born in Sofia. He graduated from the Academy of Arts with a degree in “Design”. He chooses a career in graphic design, namely logos – a passion which is due to his conviction that this is the most frugal and balanced combination of graphic culture, intellectual and artistic abilities. Peak in the artist's work is its territory in the journal MD.The pages he has designed represent graphic design – alway different, considering the topic and the author and always unexpected.
Kitanov is a distinguished winner of the highly prestigious A' Design Award in Paʻi. The A' Design Award Kala marks the achievement of Kitanov in the international design competition. The recognition of Kitanov rests on the blind peer-review votes of an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members.
The award was granted in the 2016 - 2017 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition. The achievements of Kitanov earned the World Design Rating title Mea ʻOihana Hiki Mai. Designers.org lists Kitanov among the award-winning creators of Pulekālia.
